I honestly love this company. Not only are they affordable the internet is also really fast.Never had a problem until just recently When a line accidentally got cut , while our maintenance people were doing yard work it happened on a weekend, so they weren't able to come out until Monday. But when they did, the technician was very kind, took a few hours, but in the end they was able to fix my problem, and the guy even showed up early completely rewired and gave me a new box.Even though that wasn't the problem , they make sure that nothing else goes wrong thank you Guys for all your hard work

Installation technician was polite and even helped me get an Ethernet cable ran to my computer. Speeds are genuinely more than 40 times faster than before. And he says they send out people to help with any future issues for free which sounds great.

Basically, I waited 12+ minutes to ask to have someone remove the box they initially installed for free, just to be told I'd be charged $50 for them to provide that service. Even though I physically cannot remove the box they installed for free. Firstly, and the more minor concern and gripe, the online payment system has always been confusing and not always inherently clear on what should be paid. My bill fluctuated constantly. Even when I thought I was making the correct payments, I would somehow owe more (or less) on the next bill. I never seemed to be able to pinpoint the exact amount I should be paying, despite what I signed up for. Also, their service is choppy at times. Secondly the biggest concern and the reason for this review, I moved just a few minutes away and was told I couldn't keep my service because they didn't service my area. Fine. I needed to change providers out of necessity. When it came time to turn in my box, I could not correctly disconnect the box to mail it back to them (since they charge a $70+ fee). Whoever the technician was that installed the box (for free, mind you) did it in such a way that I cannot move my refrigerator to unhook the wires from the

Uptime tents to be reliable... until it's not. Internet went down Thursday around noon. Modem just has red alarm light (no internet). I checked the cable for any obvious breaks outside and found none. I called customer service and was told that they would attempt to get a technician out there that afternoon or Friday and that they would call me to confirm. They never called so I called back that night (and the next day). Both times I was told that they scheduled me for the following Tuesday (5 DAYS LATER) but they would "try" to get there sooner. 8 years with this company and it's just not worth it. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Fast fast fast. Symmetrical. Great price. After being hostage to Big Cable for so many years (like β¦ 20!!!) it is a relief to call local tech support and have a human answer immediately. I use an Asus RT-BE86U router running Merlin firmware with 2.5GB LAN ports and my speedtests max out the service. Two work-from-home users so reliability is crucial. Half-star deduction for lack of SMS notifications for outages, issues, etc. this would only have been needed once during the last year for a short service issue.
